The concierge staff, especially Murat, were very good too provide helpful assistance and guidance throughout our stay. Their genuine kindness and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us.

The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated and offer all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff is always ready to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as some guests have noticed issues with cleanliness and the presence of mosquitoes.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is situated right across from a mall, making it easy to access various shops, including a supermarket and a pharmacy. the hotel is in close proximity to all the tourist sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. The concierge staff, especially Murat, were helpful and were pretty good too assist us with whatever we needed. Their guidance and assistance made our trip much more enjoyable.

There were a few issues that dampened my experience. The breakfast variety was not great, and the food didn't taste good.

The location advantages allowed us to explore the city's top attractions with ease. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of variety for room service menu options. the delectable meals available at the restaurant more than made up for it.

Noise Issue the hotel's noise level can be disturbing, especially at night when street noise enters the room. the hotel's soundproofing should be improved.
