the hotel is situated right across from a mall, making it easy to access various shops, including a supermarket and a pharmacy. the hotel is in close proximity to all the tourist sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. the concierge staff, especially Murat, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed. Their guidance and assistance made our trip much more enjoyable.

There were a few issues that dampened my experience. the breakfast variety was not great, and the food didn't taste good.

We've had an amazing time at this hotel thanks to its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the indoor pool and spa centre were top notch and offered a variety of treatments that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the room was equipped with exclusive advantages and was impeccably clean and comfortable, while the bar lounge area provided an ideal place to unwind after our daily adventures. the restaurant had delicious buffet breakfast options and the catering service was beyond excellent. The location advantages allowed us to explore the city's top attractions with ease. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of variety for room service menu options. the delectable meals available at the restaurant more than made up for it.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited room service menu and the occasional noisy room cleaners, we had a wonderful stay overall. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Noise Issue the hotel's noise level can be disturbing, especially at night when street noise enters the room. the hotel's soundproofing should be improved.
